8. Terms & Confirmation At NSJ, our goal is to deliver outstanding service to each client. A cancellation fee applies. Except where a package specifically requires full payment, a 50% deposit is required to commence the process. Registration typically takes 3–14 business days and an additional $100 may apply for more than two name approvals. Clients must provide two forms of valid picture ID. If NSJ experiences difficulty accessing or creating a CRA profile, additional charges may apply for profile creation or retrieval. Once registration is confirmed, any remaining balance is due within two business days. Late document handling/storage fees may apply, unclaimed documents may be deemed forfeited after 45 calendar days, and a $150 administrative fee may apply where a client cancels because required documents were not supplied on time. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at NSJ's discretion and where the process has not commenced.
