8. Terms & Confirmation At NSJ, our goal is to deliver outstanding service to each client. A cancellation fee applies, a 50% deposit is required to commence the process, registration typically takes 3–14 business days, and an extra $100 may apply for more than two name approvals. Clients must provide two forms of picture ID. In the event of difficulty accessing or creating a CRA profile, NSJ reserves the right to levy additional charges for profile creation or retrieval. After registration is confirmed, the remaining balance is due within two business days. A five percent fee may be charged for document handling and storage if payment is not made within that period. Unclaimed documents may be deemed forfeited after 45 calendar days and retrieval may require the outstanding balance plus 10%. If the client cannot provide required documents and cancels, a $150 administrative fee may apply. The initial downpayment cannot be reclaimed once NSJ has commenced the registration process. Refunds are only possible in exceptional circumstances at the company's discretion where the process has not commenced.
