In the event of difficulty accessing or creating a CRA profile, NSJ reserves the right to levy additional charges to aid in profile creation or retrieval.

NSJ is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to all clients. When a client submits the initial downpayment after completion of the intake form, the client agrees to NSJ Financial Services Limited's terms and conditions regarding payment obligations, document retention, and cancellation procedures. The remaining balance is due within two business days after business registration is confirmed. If the client fails to pay within this period, a five percent fee may be charged for document handling and storage. Unclaimed documents will be deemed forfeited after forty-five calendar days and may be retrieved upon payment of the outstanding balance plus ten percent.

If required documents cannot be provided in a timely manner and the client wishes to cancel, a flat $150 administrative fee applies. The initial downpayment cannot be reclaimed once NSJ has commenced the registration process. Refunds are only possible in exceptional circumstances at the company's discretion and before the process has commenced.
